LITTLE T SPEEDWAY AND USNE POWER PARNTERSHIP FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
April 15, 2026
USNE Power and Little T Speedway Announce Three-Year Partnership to “Energize the Future of Racing”
THOMPSON, Conn. — USNE Power and Little T Speedway are proud to announce a new three-year partnership aimed at transforming grassroots motorsports and inspiring the next generation of racing talent. Centered around the shared vision of “Energizing the Future of Racing,” the collaboration will enhance track infrastructure, expand racing opportunities, and provide youth with unprecedented access to career pathways in the racing industry.Beginning in 2026, USNE Power will play a critical role in upgrading the electrical systems at Little T Speedway, including efforts to replace and modernize the facility’s lighting infrastructure. These improvements will significantly expand the track’s ability to host night racing events, creating a safer, more reliable, and more dynamic experience for racers and fans alike.Currently, nighttime races rely on generator-powered lighting, which presents logistical challenges. The new partnership will eliminate these barriers and open the door for consistent, high-quality evening racing for years to come.“This partnership means so much for Little T,” said Justin Benson, Publicity Director of Little T Speedway. “Our current night racing setup requires generators to plug into light poles, and it makes racing after dark quite challenging. What makes this partnership even more meaningful is not just the flexibility to race later, but the opportunity to help grow a generation of race car drivers who can look up to their idols.”For USNE Power, the partnership reflects a broader commitment to building a lasting impact both in racing and in the communities the company serves.“We see this partnership as a continuation of the legacy USNEPower wants to build — one that helps energize the future of auto racing,” said David Miller Jr., Principal of USNEPower. “It is about more than lights and infrastructure. It is about creating opportunities for young racers, supporting the growth of grassroots motorsports, and helping ensure the next generation has a stronger path into this sport than ever before.”Beyond infrastructure improvements, the partnership is deeply focused on youth development. USNE Power and Little T Speedway will work together to introduce young racers to the full spectrum of careers within motorsports — from drivers and crew chiefs to engineers, publicists, and beyond.“This initiative is about more than racing,” Benson added. “It’s about giving kids the chance to experience the sport on an entirely different level — connecting with professionals, learning new skills, and discovering opportunities they may have never imagined.”As part of the agreement, USNE-affiliated drivers will visit Little T Speedway for meet-and-greet events, offering young racers direct access to role models within the sport. The partnership will also create long-term opportunities for youth involvement within USNE Power’s growing racing operations.Together, USNE Power and Little T Speedway aim to strengthen the pipeline of young talent entering competitive racing programs.“This is another opportunity for Little T to grow even further and bring even more future racers into the sport,” Benson said. With a shared commitment to innovation, education, and community engagement, this partnership marks a major step forward in shaping the future of grassroots racing.
