Hello Little T Members

This weekend is our Night Race on Saturday, August 16th!

If you are able to bring a generator to help light the track, please email the Secretary so we can plan accordingly.

Race Day Schedule

Sign-Ins: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Driver/Handler Meeting: Immediately after sign-ins, followed by a Club discussion and vote on the rules that have been tabled.

Race Day Duty Reminder

All members—Full-Time, Part-Time, or Visiting—must complete a Race Day Duty. The more hands we have, the smoother our events run! If you are scheduled for a spot somewhere that is where you go, if you have a problem with where you are put you need to reach out to the Vice President.

Tower Notice:

Please help our Tower volunteers by keeping the door traffic to a minimum during the race, lunch break, and after racing. This helps maintain focus—especially since many volunteers are Rookie families or first-timers.

Yearbook Pictures

Justin Benson is volunteering his photography skills to take Driver Yearbook Pictures.

Please fill out his form to reserve your time slot. If you can’t make it this day, Justin will do his best to accommodate you another time.

Shoe Drive

The Shoe Drive is still going strong! Please bring in your shoes to the Track on Race Day. They can be placed in the Trophy House until Jessica Rivera or the Secretary can get to them.and ask friends and family to donate as well.

Arrive and Drive – August 23rdWe have a large turnout expected! Please text Erika (401-595-4287) if you can help.

Typical duties include:

Tower sign-ins
Helping kids gear up in the pole barn
Strapping kids into cars
Pushing off cars
Flagging

Participation Requirement:Each family must help at one promotion day (at least 2 hours) or pay a $100 buyout. If you have not helped at an Arrive and Drive event this season (since June 28th), you may not practice on Arrive and Drive dates. Once you’ve participated, you’ll be eligible to practice at future events.
