Hello Little T,

This upcoming weekend we have two big events:

Arrive & Drive – Saturday, August 23rd

Please contact Erika if you are available to help make this event a success.
We are expecting about 60 kids, so we’ll likely need extra equipment and extra hands.
The Snack Shack will also be open during this time. If you can help, please let us know.

Points Race 9 – Sunday, August 24th

Transponders are required. Please include your transponder number when completing the Driver Google Form, as the system is still new and may not save everything automatically.

Race Day Reminders:

If you are assigned a duty, it is your responsibility to cover your shift. If you cannot make it, please arrange for coverage.
Race Day takes a village—especially with many families running multiple cars. Everyone’s help is needed to keep things running smoothly.
The Snack Shack could use extra help
at the end of the day with cleanup and closing.

Ongoing Shoe Drive

We are still collecting shoes for our shoe drive! If you happen to visit the track during the week, a checkered barrel will be placed between the Tower and the Scales House ( walkway leading into the Tech area) for drop-offs.

Club Meeting Reminder

The meeting will be performed as follows:

Call to Order – The meeting will officially start at the designated time.
Roll Call – Attendance will be taken to establish quorum.
Reading/Approval of Minutes – Previous meeting minutes will be read and approved.
Reports of Officers and Committees – Officers and committee chairs will provide updates.
Old Business – Discussion and voting on unfinished business from previous meetings.
New Business – Introduction, discussion, and voting on new topics.
Announcements – General announcements relevant to the club.
Adjournment – Formal closing of the meeting.
